Customer Service & Business Support Executive

We are looking for a reliable, energetic and hard-working team-player to join our busy, friendly office and warehouse to provide customer service support and a sales focus. The ideal candidate will be therapist trained and highly organised. We are a cosmetic and cosmeceutical Skincare Company based in Brooklands, Weybridge, KT13.

Reporting to: Office Manager

Objective: To provide an office-based excellent sales account manager to existing customers and sourcing new accounts to offer exemplary service in accordance with customer’s needs and to increase sales and convert new business. Must be highly energized to work to monthly sales targets to ensure these are consistently achieved.

Hours of work: Monday – Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm

Responsibilities

 

Performance Standard
To answer the telephone

 

Responding to all incoming calls within 3 rings in a friendly, happy and confident manner, spending time with the caller and leaving the caller feeling satisfied their call has been dealt with effectively. Following up where required.
Providing customer service support to all customers Responding to queries and complaints in a conscientious and timely manner.   Providing product/treatment advice.   Booking customers onto training.
To call existing customers on a monthly basis with a customer service focus To listen to the customer’s needs and advise in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Advising of current deals and campaigns.   Acting quickly and following up with the customer and any relevant staff.
To manage 1 company inbox Responding to and dealing with incoming emails in a timely and responsive manner.
To increase and close sales, upselling at all times Discussing monthly offers and customers’ existing requirements.
To make feedback and follow-up calls Making calls for feedback following a training course/appointment and follow-up calls where required.
To respond to new business enquiries In a friendly, happy and confident manner, spending time with the caller and leaving the caller feeling satisfied their call has been dealt with effectively and passing to relevant personnel.
To convert new business over the telephone To a high level to ensure monthly targets are consistently achieved.
To source new clinics in accordance with specification required Ensuring clinics meet the required needs to become a customer and the targeted amount is met.
To take down orders and input orders onto computer system

 

All orders to be accurately processed on the same day and self-checked on the system, double checking any uncertainties with the customer straight away.
To check account status before processing orders and process customer payments Quickly and efficiently and contacting the customer straight away if any problems.
To manage the returns process Processing customer returns where appropriate, checking returns fall within our T&C’s, communicating with the customer where appropriate.
Collating documentation for information packs, and making information packs Ensuring a steady stock of information packs are available, and at request making information packs in mass quantities for the sales team.
